- Protect riparian areas by camping at least 200 feet from lakes and streams. <br>
5 U% G, A( f+ j! T( h- Good campsites are found, not made. Altering a site is not necessary. <br>

In popular areas: <br>" V( E0 S9 B0 h+ C6 O
- Concentrate use on existing trails and campsites. <br>/ q1 b* p6 r% [. D
- Walk single file in the middle of the trail, even when wet or muddy. <br>  @0 q: A+ I! }
- Keep campsites small. Focus activity in areas where vegetation is absent. <br>4 x8 C$ j' l* C2 U! L+ ^/ K

In pristine areas:<br>9 [! V& ?8 T3 z+ A/ w
- Disperse use to prevent the creation of campsites and trails. <br>

Dispose of Waste Properly <br>. f9 u& ^  ~3 t+ H

- 背进来背出去。检视所经之出,把废弃物、食物残渣及纸屑都带出去。<br>
7 a" l  x+ V& E& @0 x- 置排泄物的小洞必须六至八寸深,离水源、营地及步道至少两百尺。事毕掩埋并掩饰。<br>' w, }1 ]0 X" B
- 卫生纸与其他卫生用品带出去。<br>* a' l; W4 D) F+ K' _
- 盥洗或洗碗时,提水到距河或湖两百尺出,少量使用可自然分解的洗洁剂。洗碗水滤渣后分散洒掉。<br>. `! l" j. _& V: D: i6 w3 n

! S4 [4 h- V4 w( g. p- Pack it in, pack it out. Inspect your campsite and rest areas for trash or spilled foods. Pack out all trash, leftover food, and litter. <br>3 `8 @+ I& E$ o3 U! I4 _% F
- Deposit solid human waste in catholes dug 6 to 8 inches deep at least 200 feet from water, camp, and trails. Cover and - disguise the cathole when finished. <br>7 e9 n. m% m) P. I. {
- Pack out toilet paper and hygiene products. <br>
8 U$ K/ h& P% @# F0 `- To wash yourself or your dishes, carry water 200 feet away from streams or lakes and use small amounts of biodegradable soap. Scatter strained dishwater. <br>. P" y4 z0 y$ W1 L

- Where fires are permitted, use established fire rings, fire pans, or mound fires. <br>
