柔软滑糯的绿茶汤圆DIY

元宵节吃汤圆是中国人的传统习俗,汤圆还有许多别称,如元宵、面茧、粉果、元宝、汤饼、圆不落角、圆子等等~ 汤圆作为元宵节的食品,相传始于东晋盛于唐宋~ 宋周必大在《元宵煮圆子》诗中做有&ldquo;今夕是何夕,团圆事事同&rdquo;的诗句,说在一年的头一个月的月圆之夜吃元宵,意在阖家团圆和睦生活健康幸福~ 汤圆制作的方法也南北各异~ 北方多用箩滚手摇的方法,南方的汤圆则多用手心揉团。这次俺做的这个应该是南方的一种做法,煮好的汤圆滑糯到快化掉,浓浓的绿茶味搭配甜香的椰蓉非常好吃~ <br />

做法1、把汤圆皮材料:水磨糯米粉500g,绿茶粉30g,水200g、黄油70g混合 <br />

2、把和好的糯米粉团三分之一,放到滚水里煮透,趁热和到之前的粉团里 </p>

3、和均匀之后,加50g白糖揉匀 </p>

4、椰蓉馅材料:牛奶500g,糖200g,吉士粉20g(没有可不放),生粉50g,黄油50g,鸡蛋1只,椰茸250g [做法]:牛奶加糖用小火煮滚;把所有粉类及黄油混合加入鸡蛋拌成面糊状;把面糊边搅拌边慢慢倒进牛奶里;最后加入椰丝拌均匀 (一直维持着小火,慢慢倒不然很容易结成块状) </p>

5、糯米团分成若干小份擀圆,包入椰蓉馅</p>

6、包好的样子,冻起来送给妈妈跟婆婆 </p>

7、煮汤圆等水沸腾才放汤圆进去,开盖煮到都浮起来就好了。</p>
